General
Phoenix Moon is a general practice, meaning that we treat every condition. Chinese Medicine or acupuncture can generally affect a change in any issue you might have. A deeper discussion of potential benefits and limitations is offered in the Introductory Session.Dr. Cliff has areas of special interest where she has additional training or experience treating. You can find these interests on the About page.
We are super thrilled that you might join us here at Phoenix Moon! In order to see if the fit is best for both of us, we invite you to begin with the Introductory Session. This session provides answers and clarity to the most common questions and gives you direction on what avenue to begin with in our various offerings.
After your Initial Consult, a treatment plan will be generated for you that will include the estimated frequency and number of sessions you will need. As always, these are estimates and may vary based on schedules, compliance to recommendations and other factors yet unknown.
Please visit our Policies & Insurance page for detailed information about how we support you and your insurance.
We absolutely do offer acupuncture! In fact, we offer three different styles of it! You can read more on those here. Your treatment plan will have information about which style will best support your area of concern. If you are not an existing patient, please start your New Patient process here.
Hi there. Yes, you still need the Introductory Session and Initial Consult. While pain can seem simple in its presentation, a host of contributing factors may exist underneath the surface. Fluid imbalances, postural imbalances, emotional stagnations, or daily activity patterns may all play a role in your pain presentation. While acupuncture is an amazing tool, it may not be the only tool you need in order to have resolution of your pain. The Initial Consult will serve to determine these underlying or contributing aspects as well as the various tools and methods needed to resolve (our primary goal) or ameliorate your pain.Schedule your Introductory Session to meet Dr. Cliff and determine if what we offer is the best fit for where you are in your care needs.
Hi there! I can absolutely help with that. Chances are we have already briefly chatted when I provided your initial thermography images. If you were referred here for deeper one-to-one work, I invite you to the New Patient page. The New Patient Introductory Session, Initial Consult and Review Session will provide a full diagnostic as well as a proposed course of treatment to lessen heat signatures, relieve lymphatic congestion, rebalance hormones or invigorate blood stagnation found in your circulatory system.
